Information you provide

When you create and use an account, Lunmi processes your email address and username. You may choose a city to show with your activity. Content you choose to release—including lanterns, wishes, replies, posts, profile details and photos—is processed to provide the social features you use. Draft lanterns and wishes remain private until you publish them.

Photos, camera and microphone

Photo-library access is requested when you choose to attach a photo; Lunmi does not read your photo library in the background. Camera access is used when you choose to take a photo for a lantern, wish or profile. Microphone access is used when you speak in a voice room. You join voice rooms muted, and voice-room audio is not recorded by Lunmi.

Location and visibility

Lunmi does not collect your precise location. If you choose a city, that city may be shown with your activity. Lanterns can be shown to other members at random; wishes appear on the wish tree. A private chat is visible to the two participants. Published content may be seen by other members according to the feature where you share it.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate your account, show the content and social features you request, enable messaging and live rooms, provide account and purchase support, and respond to safety reports. We do not use precise location because Lunmi does not collect it.

Website preferences

The website remembers your selected language in your browser's local storage so the next page can open in the same language. This preference stays on your device and is not sent to Lunmi. You can clear it through your browser settings.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account and its content in Settings. Deleted content is removed within 30 days, except records that must be retained for payment or safety disputes. You can also contact us to request help with a privacy or deletion request.

Your choices

You can block or report members, turn off replies to a wish, hide a published lantern, choose whether to grant optional photo, camera or microphone permissions, and delete your account from Settings. You may also change or revoke device permissions in your operating-system settings.

Children

Lunmi is for people aged 17 or older. If you believe someone under 17 has an account, contact us so we can review the report.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our information practices or the service change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
