1 · Your account

You must be 17 or older to use Lunmi. Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Create one account for your own use and tell us if you believe it has been accessed without permission.

2 · What you post

Lanterns, wishes, replies, posts, profile content and voice-room participation must not be used for illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative or privacy-invasive conduct. Do not impersonate others, threaten people, or share content you do not have the right to share. We may review reports, remove content that breaks these rules, and restrict or suspend repeat or serious violations.

3 · Your content

You keep your rights to content you create. You give Lunmi permission to host, display and transmit content as needed to provide the features you choose—for example, showing a published wish on the wish tree or delivering a message to its recipient. You can hide or delete content using the controls in the app.

4 · Coins and purchases

Coins are a limited licence to use in-app features, not money or a deposit. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and do not guarantee a reply or a blessing. Purchases are subject to the terms of the store through which they are made. Refunds are handled under applicable law and the relevant store's rules.

5 · Voice rooms

Voice rooms are live conversations. You join muted and may choose when to speak. Recording another person without their consent is not allowed. Follow room hosts' reasonable instructions and report behavior that makes a room unsafe.

6 · Safety and moderation

Use block and report tools when needed. We review reports and may remove content or limit accounts that threaten the safety of the community. Do not use Lunmi to harass, exploit, defraud or endanger other people.

7 · Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your account and content under the process described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, or when required to protect members or comply with law.

8 · Service changes and legal rights

Features may change as Lunmi develops. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the laws that apply to you. Where the law permits, Lunmi is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly required by law, and liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
